How to Contribute
- Suggest New Content: Propose new sources, archaeological evidence, or analyses to clarify Agrippa’s naval career or legacy.
- Use the New Entry issue template.
- Critique Existing Content: Challenge or refine existing claims (e.g., Agrippa’s movements, source gaps).
- Use the Contested Entry issue template.
- Submit Pull Requests: For direct edits, fork the repository, make changes, and submit a pull request with a clear description.
Contribution Guidelines
- Relevance: Ensure submissions focus on Agrippa’s naval career (38–12 BCE), life (63–12 BCE), or Augustan propaganda.
- Sources: Cite primary or secondary sources (e.g., Cassius Dio, Everitt’s Augustus). Unverified claims will be flagged for review.
- Tone: Use a professional, accessible tone suitable for researchers and enthusiasts.
- Formatting: Follow Markdown conventions and the repository’s structure (see README.md).
- Respect: Engage constructively, respecting other contributors’ perspectives.
Review Process
- All contributions are reviewed by the project maintainers for accuracy and relevance.
- Expect feedback or requests for clarification within 7 days of submission.
- Approved contributions will be integrated into the relevant section (e.g., /Naval-Career, /References).
